<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature control unit provided, in a compartment area separated from the outside by a continuous member, with temperature measurement means along with electronic apparatus and/or elements, such as a field effect transistor or a microcomputer that generates heat during operation, in which the temperature on the outside of the compartment area can be estimated accurately regardless of the effect of heating. <P>SOLUTION: In the compartment area of a temperature control unit, a plurality of temperature measurement means are provided at positions different from each other. Temperature on the outside of the compartment area is estimated based on the temperatures measured by the plurality of temperature measurement means, and the output of a heater provided on the outside of the compartment area is controlled based on the temperature on the outside thus estimated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
