PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a workpiece held by a plurality of workpiece holding parts in another workpiece as it is and to easily separate each of the workpiece holding parts from the workpiece after workpiece installation.

SOLUTION: The workpiece installing device is provided with a lower table 15, an upper table 17, and a workpiece holding unit 19 including a plurality of workpiece holders 25 including a pressure sensitive adhesive, wherein the plurality of workpiece holders 25 are separated while oscillating a first workpiece W1 and a second workpiece W2 after installing the second workpiece W2 held by the workpiece holders 25 on the first workpiece W1 installed on the lower table 15.
