<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a moving body for unmanned running suitable for investigation of a disaster area such as the inside of a nuclear power facility. <P>SOLUTION: In the moving body E for unmanned running, control equipment for running or the like is accommodated in a central internal space portion of a body A covered with crawlers D, sensor equipment for investigation or the like is mounted in an upper part, thereby improving protection for running control equipment, running performance on a troublesome site and an investigation capability under a high-radioactivity environment.
