<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder storage container with a conveyance tube inserted therein to convey the powder inside to the outside, while preventing a powder conveying apparatus from being enlarged due to structure prevent leakage of the powder in the powder conveying apparatus to be attached thereto, and to provide the powder conveying apparatus and an image forming device including the powder conveying apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A toner supply device 60 includes a nozzle shutter member 612 for opening/closing a nozzle opening part 610, and a nozzle shutter spring 613 for biasing the nozzle shutter member 612 toward a conveying nozzle 611 in an insertion direction. A toner container 32 is positioned in a direction orthogonal to a rotation axial direction with respect to the toner supply device 60 by outer circumferential surface of its tip opening formation part 305 being engaged with an engagement part 615s on the side of the toner supply device 60.
