METHOD FOR EVALUATING SENSORY STIMULATION COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluation a sensory situation component capable of relatively and concretely evaluating a difference in sensory stimulation, especially an arrival time until the strength of the sensory stimulation becomes the maximum.

SOLUTION: The maximum arrival time of the sensory stimulation strength of a test component is evaluated with a distribution coefficient (LogP) obtained by a measurement result of high performance liquid chromatography of the test component as an index.
