<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably determine abnormality of a two-liquid nozzle which mixes and jets liquid and gas, and the degree of deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle inspection device 200 includes measurement sections 211, 212, and a determination section 232, and inspects whether a two-liquid nozzle 110 mixing and jetting the liquid and gas is abnormal. The measurement sections 211, 212 measure information associated with at least one of the pressure and flow rate of the liquid supplied to the two-liquid nozzle 110. The determination section 232 determines whether the two-liquid nozzle 110 is abnormal and the degree of deterioration based upon quantities of variation of the information measured by the measurement sections 211, 212 from an average value of the information detected in a predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
