<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker capable of absorbing a temporal step error occurring in the middle of a cooking step without affecting performance of bread. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic bread maker allows the execution of at least one bread making course wherein the bread is burned from a bread raw material. In the automatic bread maker, a controller compares a cooking scheduled time and an actual cooking progress time one or more times after a cooking operation start, and when an error has occurred between the cooking scheduled time and the cooking progress time, adjusts the time of a step wherein dough is quietly left ("suspension step", "cooling step", or "fermentation step") inside the subsequent bread making course. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
