<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine in which one of fixed rails extending in directions orthogonal to each other can be arranged below a lower shaft, and an installation space of members for supporting the other so as to be arranged above the lower shaft can be sufficiently secured. <P>SOLUTION: In a sewing machine, X-axis fixed shafts 24 and 25 are arranged below a lower shaft 10, an X-axis moving member 40 has a concave shape so that a fixing base 41 is supported above the lower shaft 10 by a leg part 42 and others, the X-axis moving member 40 can remove the lower shaft 10, so that the X-axis fixed shafts 24 and 25 can be arranged below the lower shaft 10, a Y-axis fixed rail shorter than the X-axis fixed shafts 24 and 25 is supported above the lower shaft 10, and the Y-axis fixed rail is supported on a top face of the X-axis moving member 40 to make the X-axis moving member 40 compact, allowing an installation space to be surely secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
