<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work of a seller by confirming that change is not given from a vending machine in response to an inquiry made by a terminal operated by a customer. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor receives inquiry information including time when no change was given from a vending machine and a deficiency amount of the change not given from the vending machine, from a mobile terminal operated by a customer. The information processor calculates a sales balance which is a difference between an amount of money which should exist in the vending machine by selling commodities in the vending machine and an amount of money actually existing in the vending machine by using pieces of sales information before and after the time when no change was given from the vending machine. According to the deficiency amount obtained by the received inquiry information and the calculated sales balance, the information processor determines whether the money is to be refunded to the customer, and makes contact with the mobile terminal to refund the money when determining that the money is to be refunded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
