FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method includes dismantling of a roof and bearing elements of a cover, erection of a metal spatial frame outside the borders of the external walls. The foundation is reinforced by installation of rabbets along it. Along the perimeter at two opposite sides of the building an additional foundation is arranged in the form of concrete blocks. Blocks are made in the form of two parallelepipeds of different sizes put one above the other. Each block is equipped along the entire height with four anchor bolts for connection with the frame columns. The metal frame is mounted, being equipped with vertical columns, which are rigidly connected to anchor bolts of the blocks. Along the perimetre at the level of all floors of the building, the stiffening links are arranged in the horizontal plane. The frame above the level of the last floor of the building is equipped with a floor slab for added floors. The base for the slab is represented by trusses, rigidly fixed between pairs of the frame columns in the horizontal plane. The building with the erected superstructure is connected with the frame by means of support steel elements. Afterwards two additional floors are erected.EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity of works. |
