<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus system capable of realizing two or more kinds of electronic apparatuses of different functions or performances without making a configuration of hardware be different, and the electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: When a connection device 2 is connected to an SD socket 1a of an electronic apparatus 1, a processing setting section 11 of the electronic apparatus 1 acquires permission/non-permission information (output signals) stipulated in a permission/non-permission information stipulation section 21 of the connection device 2. The processing setting section 11 specifies a device to validate an operation among devices that the electronic apparatus 1 has on the basis of the acquired permission/non-permission information, and instructs operation start to the specified device.
