<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve softness and smoothness of tissue paper having no medical solution applied thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The two-ply tissue paper has a paper weight in gsm per ply of 10.0-13.0 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>.
