<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify whether or not liquid is leaked from a container to another container or the like and a leaking location in the container or the like where turbid water or less transparent liquid is filled. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic sensor is immersed in the water, a shape inside the container around the sensor is measured by reflection waves from a construction inside the container, bubbles are generated, and temporal change of distribution of the group of the bubbles is measured by ultrasound so as to identify whether or not leakage occurs and the leaking location. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
