<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control device capable of determining whether a battery is in a state of charge or discharge from an acoustic emission signal generated inside the battery. <P>SOLUTION: A battery control device comprises: acoustic emission detecting means 20 for detecting an acoustic emission signal generated inside a battery; and determining means 10 for determining whether the battery is in a state of charge or discharge from a difference in the acoustic emission signal, which occurs according to whether the battery is charged or discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
