<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizate which can be converted into a low temperature generation material by a simpler method without depending on a specific rubber composition, a vulcanization system, and a compounding component and a method for producing the vulcanizate. <P>SOLUTION: First, an unvulcanized rubber composition at least containing natural rubber and/or synthetic rubber and a filler is vulcanized/molded to obtain a semi-vulcanized molding having a vulcanization characteristic value obtained by a method regulated by JIS K6300-2:2001 of t<SB POS="POST">10</SB>-t<SB POS="POST">80</SB>. Next, the semi-vulcanized molding obtained by a semi-vulcanization molding process is vulcanized again while being deformed as a whole.
