<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that though a tufted carpet having good drying efficiency, and excellent heat-retaining properties, soundproof properties, and cushioning properties is obtained by planting pile yarn in conventional basic fabric having a thickness, a tufted carpet wherein the soundproof properties are further improved while having the heat-retaining properties, the soundproof properties, and the cushioning properties is demanded. <P>SOLUTION: The tufted carpet has sufficient soundproof performance by using, as secondary basic fabric, nonwoven fabric-like felt wherein microfiber having a fiber diameter of 1-4 μm and staple fiber having a fiber diameter of 20-30 μm are mixed, in the carpet wherein the secondary basic fabric is layered on a skin layer made of the pile yarn and the basic fabric through an adhesive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
