<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small optical measuring equipment capable of detecting long distance with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: Focal distance is taken as large by effectively using a space at a lower part of a light receiving lens 40 by bending a light receiving axis by a first reflector 43 arranged under the light receiving lens 40, and a second reflector 41 arranged on the a light receiving element 33. Moreover, the optical measuring equipment is miniaturized as compared with the case in which optical path changing means is provided outside a distance measuring module.
