PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling medium providing device which is capable of changing the amount of a cooling medium to be provided to a desired cooling object, by a simpler configuration.

SOLUTION: A cooling medium providing device 180 is configured to include: an electromagnet 121 which changes a first electromagnetic force in accordance with a current relating to a DC-DC conversion circuit 114; and a cooling fan 150 which changes a ratio of the amount of a cooling medium to be provided to the DC-DC conversion circuit 114 to that to be provided to an AC-DC conversion circuit 112 by deformation of a providing member 124 according to the first electromagnetic force.
