METHOD FOR ASSESSING INDICATIONS FOR RELAPAROTOMY IN INTRAPERITONEAL BLEEDING

摘要

A method for assessing the indications for relaparotomy in intraperitoneal bleeding provides for analysis of diagnostic information. The indications for relaparotomy are assessed in the patients with suspected early postoperative intraperitoneal bleeding with such principal diagnostic signs as the protective muscular tension in lower abdomen, hemoglobin content in drainage fluid exceeding 30 g/L and such extra diagnostic signs as syndrome of hemodynamic alterations, syndrome of hemodilution.
