FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to making the parts of ship hull. Part involute is obtained using robot cutting NC machine for marking notches on edge and wall and cutting curved end on edge and wall along Archimedes spiral. Bending is performed in two steps. At first step, local rotary bending press is used for bending curvilinear ends for the length of 800-1000 mm with control over part bent ends along rectifiable lines. At second step, bending is performed by known method with control over bent part shape along rectifiable lines and final cutting of notches.EFFECT: better quality of finished parts, lower labor input. |
