<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which an on-vehicle device and a portable information terminal cooperate with each other in order to enable a vehicle to travel safely. <P>SOLUTION: A system 300 in which an on-vehicle device 200 and a portable information terminal 100 cooperate with each other comprises: an interface part 310 for the portable information terminal 100 to communicate with the on-vehicle device 200; a cooperation determination part 320 for determining cooperation with the on-vehicle device 200 on the basis of information obtained by the interface part 310; a vehicle travel determination part 350 for determining whether a vehicle is traveling or not; an application start control part 330 for starting a launcher application for restricting use of a registration application when the vehicle is traveling; and an illumination control part 350 for turning off a screen of a display part 110 of the portable information terminal 100, with a start of the launcher application being as a trigger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
