<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell apparatus and a method for fabricating the same are provided to prevent short circuit between front electrodes by automatically patterning a front electrode layer with a second through groove. CONSTITUTION: A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on a back electrode layer(200). A front electrode layer(600) is arranged in the light absorption layer. A second through groove is formed in the light absorption layer. The second through groove includes a second inner surface facing a first inner surface. The second inner surface is inclined to the upper surface of the back electrode layer.</p> |
