PURPOSE: A method for safely using a certificate in a mobile device is provided to use the certificate through Bluetooth interface by carrying a security token without contacting with the mobile device. CONSTITUTION: A security token is connected to a user PC(S11). The user PC registers the security token to a certified authentication server through an internet network(S12). A private key is mutually exchanged with the security token and then is stored in the certified authentication server(S13). The security token and the mobile device of the user verify verification data by the mutually exchanged security token and a session key generated in the certified authentication server(S14). If the verification succeeds, a mutually safe medium is confirmed, and then the mobile device starts security transaction(S15).
