<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid dropping-out of a valve slide and to prevent performance from being spoiled. <P>SOLUTION: A stopper 10 is provided so as to be attachable to a first trigger T1 provided on a first valve slide N1 of a trumpet TP and a third trigger T3 provided on a third valve slide N3. The stopper 10 includes a pair of hook parts 12 and 12 which can be hooked on the first and third triggers T1 and T3 respectively, and a connection part 14 connecting the hook parts 12 and 12, and at least one of the connection part 14 and the hook parts 12 and 12 is provided so as to be elastically deformable.
