PURPOSE: Manufacturing equipment of a spiral gasket is provided to wind a material fed by a feeding part around a winding roller and weld the material, and enable a hoop and a filler to be wound around the outer circumferential surface of the winding roller so that the winding roller functions as an inner wheel, thereby eliminating the input and output processes of the inner wheel. CONSTITUTION: Manufacturing equipment of a spiral gasket includes a feeding part(10), a winding part(20), and a releasing part(30). A distance between the feeding part and a winding roller(21) is varied by a motor and a ball screw. A pin is formed at one side of the winding roller and inserted into a hole punched in a hoop, and then the hoop starts to be wound around the winding roller. The releasing part includes a releasing plate(31) formed at one side of the winding roller. The releasing plate outputs a product which is completely wound from the winding roller and moves back and forth by an actuator(34) formed at one side. A groove is formed on the releasing plate in order to prevent the product from being hooked to the pin when the product is released; a pressurizing roller(23) of the winding part moves along a rail(25) formed at a frame(3) so that the distance from the winding roller is varied. The thickness of a material wound around the winding roller enables an operator to detect the position of the pressurizing roller in real time and figure out the amount of winding. |
