LAB ON A CHIP, METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING PRE-NATAL TRIPLE MARKERS AND DETECTION KIT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A lab on a chip for diagnosing pre-natal triple markers and a kit are provided to simultaneously test pre-natal markers with high sensitive and specificity, and to calculate marker concentration in blood. CONSTITUTION: A lab on a chip for diagnosing pre-natal triple markers has one or more flow channels. The lab on a chip comprises: a reaction chamber which has flow channels with a predetermined height and width and enables antigen-antibody reaction; a measuring space which is connected to the back end of the reaction chamber and has sample height and width as the reaction chamber; and a time gate which is formed between the reaction chamber and the measuring space. The time gate is extended from the reaction chamber. A test kit contains the lab on a chip.
