The invention relates to (±)-2-hydroxy-3-(3'-aminophenyl)propionic acid as a compound specific for PPARγ receptors and the EGF receptors having structural formula (I)(I).The compound can be used for the preparation of medicinal product, prevention and treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative rectocolitis. The compound is used for the preparation of a medicinal product for the prevention and treatment of tumours expressing the PPARγ receptors and the EGF receptors, including tumours of the oesophagus, of the stomach, of the pancreas, of the colon, of the prostate, of the breast, of the uterus and appendages, of the kidneys and of the lungs. |
