PURPOSE: A studying content selling method capable of partially or entirely refunding selling prices to a user who purchases the content according to a specific condition and a recording medium thereof are provided to activate the sales of the studying content and to use a predetermined refundable amount in a searching process. CONSTITUTION: A studying content selling method determines the selling prices of the studying content depending on the number of tests, if the studying content selling method receives the number of tests for the refund from a buyer when selling the studying content(S210). If the studying content is sold to the buyer in the selling prices, selling information which includes the information of the buyer, the information of the studying content, the number of tests, and the selling price, is stored. If a test of the studying content is requested from the buyer, a test service which corresponds to the content of the studying content is provided based on the selling information(S220) and the test service does not exceed the number of tests. The refundable price which corresponds to the selling price is determined based on the score of the test service and the number of tests(S230).
