PURPOSE: A structure for the sliding plug door of a vehicle is provided to ensure stable sealing performance in the closed state of a sliding door and to be suitable for double sealing by forming an orbit for opening or closing in parallel with the sliding door when opening or closing the sliding door. CONSTITUTION: A structure for the sliding plug door of a vehicle comprises a driver(10), a door(20), a pair of plug links(31), a combination bar(40), and a link assembly. The driver is fixed to a vehicle body and moves the door. The door is slid by the driver for sealing the side of the vehicle body. A pair of plug links connect the driver to the door. The combination bar connects the pair of plug links. The link assembly connects the tip end of the upper end plug link to the upper end of the combination bar.
