PURPOSE: A heater for a liquid chemical stirrer, the liquid chemical stirrer having the same, and a method for stirring a liquid chemical are provided to install a low temperature heating apparatus outside the stirrer and to vary the structure of the blade part of an impeller, thereby reducing over 50% of time for stirring the liquid chemical, improving a performance for stirring the liquid chemical, and preventing the generation of bubbles and liquid agglomeration in feeding the liquid chemical. CONSTITUTION: A heater for a liquid chemical stirrer(200) includes an outer cover(262) and a heating member(264). The outer cover covers the side and the lower surface of a stirring container(240) for stirring a liquid chemical. The heating member inside the outer cover heats the liquid chemical. The liquid chemical stirrer includes the stirring container for stirring the liquid chemical, a rotary shaft, an impeller(220), a driving apparatus(230), the outer cover, and the heating member. The rotary shaft is vertically formed from the upper center of the stirring container to inside the stirring container. The impeller is fixed to the lower side of the rotary shaft. The driving apparatus is connected to the rotary shaft, and drives the rotary shaft. The outer cover covers the side and the lower surface of the stirring container, and the heating member inside the outer cover heats the liquid chemical.
