<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation quality prediction device capable of selecting an independent component effective for a sign of an operation quality trouble in independent components that are feature amounts extracted from a plurality of pieces of chart data, and predicting and detecting the operation quality trouble from relevance of the selected independent component. <P>SOLUTION: The operation quality prediction device according to the present invention includes: a shape feature amount extraction unit that extracts a shape feature amount of chart data from a plurality of pieces of chart data formed by aligning operation data extracted from a manufacturing process in time series; a time-series feature amount extraction unit that extracts a time-series feature amount from the chart data of the shape feature amount formed by aligning the shape feature amount in time series; and an effective feature amount identification unit that identifies an effective feature amount having high relevance to the operation trouble in the manufacturing process and/or operation quality trouble as the quality trouble on the basis of the time-series feature amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
