<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity of liquid droplet discharge by combining reduction of resistance of a common electrode and common electrode wiring and suppression of detachment generation in the common electrode. <P>SOLUTION: First common electrode wiring 514 and second common electrode wiring 518 are connected through a plurality of common electrode contact holes 520 to the common electrode 512.
