<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant drying chamber and a plant drying method that can prevent the discoloration of plants and the destruction of active ingredients. <P>SOLUTION: The plant drying chamber includes the room interior 14 surrounded by a floor 11, side walls 12 and the roof 13. Porous slates 15 radiating far-infrared rays are disposed on at least the floor 11 and the side walls 12. A heater 16 having a heating part 16A, and stones 16B radiating far-infrared rays, is disposed in the room interior 14, and discharge ports 17 for discharging moisture in the room interior 14 to the outside are provided in an openable/closable manner in the side walls 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
