<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group communication system and a communication device, capable of transmitting a voice message without imposing a troublesome operation. <P>SOLUTION: The group communication system disclosed by the present invention includes a transmission processing unit and a reception processing unit. The transmission processing unit executes transmission processing to transmit to a server a user voice data acquired through a predetermined voice input unit, during a group communication mode in which voice communication is performed between users belonging to the same group. Also, the reception processing unit executes reception processing to receive voice data of another user from the server during the group communication mode.
