<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle brake unit mounting structure, in which a reserve tank can be assembled to a brake device while sub-assembling it and assembly workability can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: A reserve tank 10 and a hydro unit 20 are provided. The reserve tank 10 includes: a first tank-side reflux port 11; a second tank-side reflux port 12; and an operating fluid supply port 13 formed on a bottom wall part 10f. The hydro unit 20 includes: a first unit-side reflux port 21 connected with the first tank-side reflux port 11 via a flexible first hose member 31; a second unit-side reflux port 22 connected with the second tank-side reflux port 12 via a flexible second hose member 32; and an operating fluid introduction port 23 for introducing a brake fluid.
