PURPOSE: A stretching device is provided to adjust the strength of stretching and relaxing owing to the inclination adjustment of a side moving part. CONSTITUTION: A stretching device comprises a fixture(1) which is erected on the ground; a support(2) with one end connected to the periphery of the support, and another end installed with inclination supported by the ground; a bracket(3) which fixes the fixture and the support; a slide shifting part(5) which roundly exercises by being inserted to the support; and a footrest part(6) which is installed on one part of the bracket. A user places a foot on the footrest part and pulls the slide shifting part after being laid down on the slide shifting part. Once legs are relaxed, a body is stretched as the slide shifting part falls down by its weight.
