PURPOSE: A reclaimer for fuel and raw materials is provided to prevent deformation or damage to the reclaimer by stopping the reclaimer when the malfunction of the reclaimer is detected. CONSTITUTION: A reclaimer for fuel and raw materials comprises an elevation support part(50), a chain, a scraper(52), and an anti-drooping part. The elevation support part is installed in a linear storage tank(10) to be moved and elevated. The chain is movably installed in the elevation support part. The scraper is connected to the chain and moves the fuel and raw materials piled up on the linear storage tank. The anti-drooping part movably supports the scraper to maintain a gap between the elevation support part and the scraper below a predetermined value.
