The device has a rigid sole (1) fixed or attached under a slipper, a sandal or a shoe by a fixing unit, where the sole is provided with a sticker (5) or Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fasteners) on an upper face. Wiping layers (2) are fixed on a lower face of the sole for cleaning of interior surfaces. A pointed front part of the sole is bent backward to attach free ends of the wiping layers. A bending end of the sole comprises a hook (3) to fix the wiping layers. The wiping layers are assembled in a superimposed layer by an adhesive unit.
