PURPOSE: A delamination apparatus and an inline thermal imaging system are provided to minimize defects due to a delamination process used in a thermal transfer method. CONSTITUTION: A stage(100) includes a peripheral area(OA) for attaching the edge of a donor film(20), and a substrate area(SA) for mounting an acceptor substrate(10). The stage includes a backlight part(110) corresponding to an alignment key, and a recess part(120). A first roller part(200) is placed on the donor film corresponding to the substrate area. A gripper(300) is placed on the donor film corresponding to the peripheral area. A second roller part(400) is adjacent to the first roller part and is placed on the stage.
