PURPOSE: A composition for treating asthma and rhinitis is provided to effectively treat various symptoms and diseases(headache, empyema, bronchitis) accompanied by rhinitis, and to ensure comfortable dose. CONSTITUTION: A patch composition for alleviating asthma and rhinitis comprises: a singular or multiple drug release control layers(A, B) which are prepared by coating a fabric with various pin hole sizes using a hydrogel adhesive containing aroma essential oil and a natural extract; and a drug protection layer. The patch composition is applied to chest, the lower portion of the nose, the bridge of the nose, neck, and bronchus. The multiple drug release control layer is dispersed in the hydrogel adhesive and is uniformly applied.
