PURPOSE: A method for acquiring and monitoring biometric information of a bicyclist is provided to let the bicyclist recognize a dangerous situation by outputting a guide voice according to a degree of danger. CONSTITUTION: A biometric signal monitoring device(200) respectively receives an electrocardiogram signal and a pulse wave signal from a handle bar sensor(110) and a wrist sensor(120). The handle bar sensor includes an electrocardiogram sensor(111). The electrocardiogram sensor acquires biometric information from a palm of a bicyclist. The wrist sensor includes a pulse wave sensor(121). The pulse wave sensor acquires biometric information from the wrist of the bicyclist.
