The device has a suction cup-shaped deformable membrane (MD) comprising a center pin (PC) and made of rubber, where the device allows a flow of air leaving an exit opening (CE) to pass to a peripheral part of the membrane and limits the air flow when pressure is applied on a surface of the membrane against a flow direction of the air flow. A support (SD) is fixed on the center pin and an end part of the exit opening of an air outlet. The support forms an internal pavement (TS) for the exit opening. The central pin comprises a circumferential groove.
