<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spring capable of ensuring airtightness without complicating the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The air spring includes: an upper-surface plate 21; a lower-surface plate 2; a cylindrical flexible member 3 disposed between the upper-surface plate 1 and the lower-surface plate 2; and an elastic mechanism 4 attached to the lower-surface plate 2. The elastic mechanism 4 has a layered structure in which an elastic material layer 11 and a hard plate 10 are alternately laminated, and a top plate 12 as a hard plate is disposed on the top part, and a seal part 20 is provided on the entire circumference of an outer circumference surface 12a of the top plate.
