Disclosed is a dental blood collection mechanism. The dental blood collection mechanism according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a mechanism body having a first blood passage communicating with the inside of a syringe for blood collection; and a blood collection tube having a second blood passage communicating with the first blood passage to introduce blood from a bleeding portion of the mouth, wherein the second blood passage has an inner diameter gradually decreasing from the mechanism body-side toward the other end thereof through which the blood is introduced.
