<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper processing device capable of center-binding and carrying at a high speed by a simple constitution, in a saddle-riding mechanism for requiring to perform both the center-binding and the carrying of paper. <P>SOLUTION: A main saddle 140 places the center-folded paper thereon. A stapler 150 binds the center of the paper placed on the main saddle 140. A buffer saddle 160 is arranged separately from the main saddle 140, and can move by placing a center-binding paper bundle thereon.
