PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for specifying a location of fluid leakage, which can detect the leakage of a small amount of a fluid and which can specify the location of the leakage in a short time.

SOLUTION: A device for specifying a location of fluid leakage 200 includes: a diffusion preventing material 61 which is made of a spongy material having an irregularly reticulated sequence and which stores a fluid; and a fluid leakage detecting device 60 which sucks the fluid stored in the inside of the diffusion preventing material 61 so as to detect the leaked fluid and specify the location of the leakage.
