<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-monitoring and control terminal device and a plant-monitoring and control method capable of securing safety of plant facilities at a relatively low introduction cost. <P>SOLUTION: An instruction determination unit 206 for determining correctness of a control command is installed in each of operator terminals 103. The instruction determination unit 206 determines correctness of a control command generated by a control unit 202 from standpoints of manual operation and of sequence processing, by referring to a dictionary for manual operation 207 based on past work contents recorded in a log file 205 and a dictionary for sequence processing 208 based on a sequence program which operates on a controller 106. The instruction determination unit transmits a control command to the controller if it is a correct control command, but adds information on the control command and reports to the administrator instead of transmitting the control command to the controller 106 if it is a wrong control command. In this way, a function to filter a control command is added to a plant control program of the operator terminal 103 so that plant facilities 105 can be protected against operation by a malicious person or incorrect operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
