The present invention is an information processing device (1) for extracting comments having additional information posted with respect to a program on the basis of program information and comments having the additional information that have already been posted, and is provided with: a program information acquisition unit (101) for acquiring program information which includes information indicating an airtime; a search term determination unit (102) which determines a first search term which is a candidate for terms described in the additional information for indicating a relation with the program; a comment acquisition unit (104) which performs a search, using the first search term as a search key, said first search term having been determined by the search term determination unit (102) with respect to the comments having the additional information that have already been posted, in order to acquire results of the search as a first comment group; a search term assessment unit (107) which, using posting times of the comments included in the first comment group acquired by the comment acquisition unit (104) and the airtime, assesses the presence or absence of relevancy between the first search term and the program; and an input/output unit (108) which outputs information indicating the results of the search if an assessment has been made by the search term assessment unit (107) that relevancy exists.
