<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize optical characteristics of a metal film while using a resin material as a base material of a half mirror. <P>SOLUTION: A half mirror 4 includes two light-transmitting resin substrates 11, 12 formed of a resin, a metal film 40 formed of silver and interposed between the resin substrates 11, 12, and dielectric films 41, 41 each interposed between the metal film 40 and the resin substrate 11 or 12. The dielectric film 41 includes a SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>layer formed of SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and disposed on the resin substrate 11 or 12, an Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>layer formed of Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and disposed on the SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>layer, and a ZrO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>layer formed of ZrO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and disposed on the Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
