<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for an electronic device which is formed by laminating a translucent substrate, a scattering layer, a coating layer and a translucent electrode layer thereon and of which light extraction efficiency is enhanced by suppressing total reflection on an interface of the scattering layer. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a substrate for an electronic device formed by laminating a translucent substrate, a scattering layer, a coating layer and a translucent electrode layer thereon, includes the steps of: (a) disposing a mixture of a raw material for the scattering layer and a spherical resin vanishing at a firing temperature of the raw material for the scattering layer on the translucent substrate and firing the mixture to form the scattering layer; and (b) disposing a raw material for the coating layer on the scattering layer formed in the step (a) and firing the raw material thereof to form the coating layer. Each layer is constituted so that a refractive index of the translucent substrate is the lowest and the refractive indices increase in an order of the scattering layer, the coating layer and the translucent electrode layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
